Maggie was always so thoughtful, I loved that she never made us loose time showing houses out of our preferred area or out of budget. She accompanied us through the whole process always explaining every step. I truly recommend her for her outstanding professionalism and warmth.

What most impresses me about Maggie is her exceptional follow through. We could absolutely count on her to answer questions quickly, provide extensive knowledge of the market and provide us with excellent advice. We asked her to evaluate our home and make recommendations on how to improve it prior to the sale and she was 100 percent correct on the small changes we needed to make to increase the value of our home. The sale of our home went very smoothly with Maggie at our side. We also bought a home with Maggie and that process was very smooth as well. If any issue came up, we could count on her to resolve it calmly and quickly. She is very professional, kind and a joy to work with. Buyers and sellers spend a lot of time on the phone and in person with their realtor. Therefore, it is very important to choose a realtor carefully. Maggie is the best real estate agent anyone can find. With so many real estate agents out there, it can be tough to choose one, especially in this social media world where people post and make videos that can easily sway opinions. We were in California and bought a home in the DFW area. Maggie provided us with a personalized experience. She was always available on the phone, promptly responding to our messages even in California time. When we came to Dallas, she picked us up from our hotel and spent the entire weekend showing us every house we were interested in. She then dropped us off at the hotel. Maggie truly understands the requirements of her clients and provides genuine feedback and opinions on the homes.

I had to resell my beautiful house that Maggie helped me buy in under a year :-( I gave her what I thought for sure was an unattainable sale price to be able to break even. Within a few days, we had multiple offers that Maggie managed with the utmost professionalism. The winning offer increased their offer by $6K and allowed me a lease back at no cost. Maggie located an agent with local knowledge for me to work with in the city I was moving to. But she supported me through that search and purchase as well with no compensation. Maggie is very pleasant and professional! She goes above and beyond in taking care of her clients. We had an empty house to sell while we had moved out of the state. She had an open house, watered our plants, covered the spigots outside when it was supposed to freeze, and collected the mail. Her photographer was the BEST capturing the positive amenities of the house. We had several hiccups with buyers, and she handled everything with a smile. We couldn’t ask for a better realtor to sell our house!

I just finished purchasing my home and Maggie was amazing in helping me through the process. The idea of purchasing a home at first was extremely overwhelming but Maggie did a great job walking me through the process and answering all my questions. She worked directly with my mortgage company on all the details and so I wasn't overwhelmed with all the little details. She was there to answer my questions day or night and was always available on the weekends. I definitely plan on using her again and recommend her to friends and family.

Maggie made the entire process not only easy but really enjoyable. She listened to what we needed and took our wants into account as well. She found us the perfect home in our first trip out to look at homes in person.
